WON-SHIK

The man behind the reputation.

WON-SHIK

At twenty-seven, Won-shik is a solo artist and former member of ARIES, rebuilding his career after completing his military service. A commanding performer with a distinctive voice and an instinct for the spotlight, he's determined to establish himself on his own terms. His return to the industry hasn't been without complications, but he's never lost his ambition or his love of making music.

Finding his own voice.

After years of performing as part of ARIES, Won-shik is rediscovering his love for music. He spends long hours in the studio, experimenting with new sounds and taking a more personal approach to the songs he records. When the work is done, he has a playful streak that occasionally catches people off guard. He's particularly fond of teasing Ha-joon, whose reluctance to participate in anything remotely theatrical only seems to encourage him.

Away from the stage, Won-shik is more approachable than his carefully cultivated public image suggests. Confident, perceptive and occasionally provocative, he enjoys good company and isn't afraid to pursue what interests him. Beneath his easy charm, however, is a man who knows what it means to have his reputation questioned—and who has learned to be considerably more careful about whom he trusts.
